I firmly believe you are the expert of your life.

As an equity and justice-focused therapist, I center connection, empathy, and healing. I view therapy as a partnership where clients are supported in embracing their inner strengths, achieving their desired goals, and developing strategies to lead meaningful, authentic lives.

I help people experiencing stress, life transitions, emotional neglect, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, racial stress, grief and loss, and relationship conflicts.

In therapy, we’ll work to address stressors and challenges and integrate meaningful changes into your daily life. In building capacity for self-exploration, emotional awareness, and resilience, we can enhance our relationships with ourselves and others, promoting a greater sense of well-being. I strive to meet you where you are and honor the diversity of your lived experience.
